Memorial service will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel, officiating will be Randy Echols. Services are under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Jimmy was born Wednesday, October 26, 1938 in Vernon, Texas, he was the son of the late Lois B. Stokes and the late Helen Wenona Neely Stokes. He worked for Golden's Furniture and he retired after many years of service with Charter Tire. He had lived in Vernon all of his life. He was a Baptist.
he is survived by His Son, Ronnie Stokes of Sherman, TX.; Two Daughters, Lisa Lee of Vernon, TX and Terri Quisenberry of Vernon, TX.; One Brother, Robert Stokes of Shawnee, OK.; Three Sisters, D'Lois Azbell of Vernon, TX., Linda Sills of Fort Worth, TX., and Donna Welch of Shawnee, OK.; Eight Grandchildren, Ten Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9:00 AM till service time at funeral home.
Memorials can be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls.
