The petition of Winnie Conner of the Town of Maineprairie in the county of Stearns and state of Minnesota, respectfully shows that William W. Conner who was, at the time of his death, a resident of the Town of Maineprairie in the county of Stearns and state of Minnesota, died on the 11th day of September A.D. 1891, at the Town of Maineprairie in the county of Stearns and state of Minnesota, leaving estate therein, and without leaving any last Will and Testament, to the knowledge, information or belief of your petitioner.
That the names, ages and residences of the heirs of said deceased, so far as known to your petitioner, are as follows: Winnie Conner petitioner his widow 51 years old; Joseph M. Conner 28 years, Ida E. Conner now Ida E. Day 26 years; Druzenia Conner now Atkins 23 years; William Conner 16 years old; Bertha M. Conner 13 years old; all living at Town of Maineprairie Stearns Co Minn.;
That the probable value of the personal estate is Five hundred dollars; and the probably value of the real property is Three thousand dollars, and its character is as follows: party improved and partly unimproved farm land.
That the name of the person for whom administration is prayed is Joseph M. Conner and his address is Kimball P.O. Stearns Co Minn.
Your petitioner therefore prays that letters of administration of the estate of the said intestate be granted to the said Joseph M. Conner .
