Daily Democrat, Clinton MO - Ruth Russell was born on a farm west of Clinton, February 27, 1904, the daughter of William Russell and Connie M. Harris Russell. She passed away suddenly at the Joy Adult Care Center in Clinton, July 4, 1991. She was married to Herbert Rodabaugh who passed away in 1950. She taught school in her early years and later opened the Time Jewelry Store in Clinton in partnership with Bill Graham. She was then later in business with her daughter, Helen Machnicki, before her retirement. She is survived by two daughters, Helen Machnicki of Lakewood, Colorado, and Rowena Rodabaugh of Burbank, California; four grandsons, and five great-grandsons. Her two sisters, Ada Curry, formerly of Sedalia, and Louise Arnold of Clinton, preceded her in death. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Clinton. Funeral services were Saturday, July 13, 1991, at the Consalus Chapel, Clinton. Burial was in Englewood Cemetery.
