Graveside service for Mrs. Jewell Goode Vestal, 82, of Starmount Villa Nursing Home, formerly of Siler Avenue, who died Dec. 9, 1992, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Guilford Memorial Park.
A native of Smith Mountain, Va., she was a former employee of Blue Bell, a member of Christ Wesleyan Church and a member of Woodmen of the World.
Surviving are sons, Walter Hampton Vestal Jr., John W. Vestal, both of Greensboro; daughters, Mrs. Susan V. Bray, Mrs. Lisa C. Hodges, both of Greensboro; sisters, Druscilla Miller of Winston-Salem; brothers, Colin Goode, Gilmer Goode, both of Greensboro; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
