Wilson Barnett was the son of Benjamin Riley Barnett & Dulcie Thatch.

Mr. Wilson Barnett, of Aurora, IL died September 16, 2005 at Countryside Care Center. He was born August 6, 1918 in Long Beach, CA, the son of Riley and Dulcie (nee Thatch) Barnett.

Mr. Barnett was employed by Stevens Cleaners in Aurora as a dry cleaner until his retirement. He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Aurora and the Aurora Moose Lodge.

Mr. Barnett is survived by two sons, James (Linda) Barnett of Loves Park, IL and Jeff (Kathy) Barnett of Aurora, IL; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Frieda in May of 2000; his parents; and a brother, Lee Barnett.

Visitation for Mr. Barnett will be held from 6 to 9 PM on Monday, September 19, 2005 at McKEOWN-DUNN FUNERAL HOME, LTD., 210 S. Madison St., Oswego, IL.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at the funeral home with Rev. John Fritz officiating. Burial will be at River Hills Memorial Park in Batavia. For information, call 630-554-3888 or 1-800-942-DUNN.
