FORT WORTH - Ronald Dale Harris, 46, a mechanic and a beloved son, father and grandfather, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 2, 2006, with his family by his side.
Funeral: 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
Ronald Dale Harris was born July 21, 1959, to Ronald D. Harris and Betty Bernice Harris in Tarrant County. He grew up in Fort Worth and raised three children.
The family wishes to thank the staff of John Peter Smith Hospital ICU Unit, which assisted with his care during the last days of his life.
Ronald was preceded in death by his brother, Shawn Nelson; and his grandparents.
Survivors: Mother, Betty Bernice Harris of Fort Worth; father, Ronald D. Harris of Arkansas; sons, Ronald Harris and wife, Amanda, of Granbury, Craig Harris and fiancee, Meagan, of Richland Hills; daughter, Courtney Harris and fiance, Rob, of Richland Hills; grandsons, Clayton and Carson Harris; granddaughters, Caylee and Peighton; and numerous family and friends.
