Funeral services for Mary Helen Kimball Jowers Reed, 89, of Williston, SC will be held 1:30 p.m., Thursday, September 26, 2013 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with the Rev. Billy Hightower officiating. Burial will be in the Williston Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 25th at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to Budd Terrace at Wesley Woods in care of The Foundation of Wesley Woods, 1817 Clifton Road, NE, Atlanta, GA 30329. Mrs. Mary passed away Monday, September 23, 2013.
Born in Columbia, SC she was a daughter of the late Willy E. Kimball and Alice Elizabeth Black Kimball. She was first married to the late Talbert Joseph "T.J." Jowers, Jr. and was the widow of Byron Duke "B.D." Reed. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Williston.
