Three join in business venture (Friday, March 12, 1954)

Phil Rust, George Bodiroga and Cleve Grubbs have purchased from Mr. and Mrs. C.L. (Squire) Maguire their stockholdings in the Wickenburg Sales Co. and the Wickenburg Construction Co. and have acquired the stock and fixtures of Beers Bros. Frontier Street furniture and appliance store.

The store will be known as the Wickenburg Sales Co., and will carry complete stocks of furniture, Frigidaire and other appliances and Sherwin Williams paint. Mr. and Mrs. Grubbs have moved their Wickenburg Upholsterers business to the store.

Rust, secretary-treasurer, came here in 1952 after 10 years of residence in Arizona.

Grubbs, vice-president, established his upholstery business in Wittmann in 1947, and two years later he and Mrs. Grubbs moved it to the Remuda Ranch road in Wickenburg.
