Betty Lee Delauter, 84, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, at Meritus Medical Center.
Born Dec. 15, 1928, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Ruby Alexander Feigley.
She is survived by three daughters, Donna McClanathan, and husband David of Greencastle, Pa., Robin Dixon, and husband Joe of Chambersburg, Pa., and Gloria Keyser, and husband Henry of Gerrardstown, W.Va.; two sons, Ray W. Lynn, and wife Carol of Smithsburg, Md., and Ricky Harper of Hagerstown; three grandchildren, Betty Ann Groleau of Rhode Island, Ray William Lynn III of Idaho and Jeannine Saran of Rhode Island; two great-grandchildren, Marissa Groleau of Rhode Island and Nicholas Groleau of Rhode Island; and a special granddaughter, Erica Keyser of Waynesboro, Pa. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Delauter; a daughter, Sharon Delauter; two brothers; and a sister.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The Rev. Gary Zook will officiate. There will be no viewing. The family requests that donations to help defray funeral expenses be sent to Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD 21740.
