per Tulsa Daily World on November 26, 1920, she was killed by a Frisco passenger train at Red Fork about 7 PM. She had been visiting her father and tried to hurry across the tracks but was struck and carried some 30 feet. The train was held up for only a few minutes and she died almost instantly.

She was survived by her father H M Miller of Red Fork, brother Fred W. Miller and her sisters Hattie Miller and Mrs Rosa Seaton with whom she was living in Tulsa.
