Robert "Bob" A. Devine, born March 19, 1941 passed away on May 7, 2013. He served his country in the U.S. Navy and survived the Vietnam War. A retired Columbus Police Officer and a founding member of the Columbus Police Mounted Unit. Lifetime member of VFW Post #3424, and a member of the American Legion Post #144. Survived by wife of 38 years, Nancy; children, Ann (Chris) Fulton, Therese (Leo) Devine; grandchildren, Mitchell, Nick and Nathan Fulton; brother, Tommy (Julie) Devine. Preceded in death by Ellen (1st wife) and John Devine (brother). His sense of humor will be missed by family and many friends. Friends may call Thursday 4-8 p.m. at the EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E.
