Funeral services for Nancy Jane Bean, 50, will be held Saturday, Dec. 16, 2006, at the Waukomis United Methodist Church. Rev. Mark Whitley will officiate. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in Maysville at the Maysville Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Nancy was born June 29, 1956, in Purcell, Okla., to Sidney James and Jimalean (Lambert) Bean and passed away Dec. 12, 2006, in Enid.
She graduated from Maysville High School in 1974 and graduated from Oklahoma State Tech at Okmulgee, Okla., in 1976.
She worked several years for Farm Bureau Insurance in Oklahoma City and Enid and had worked for Waukomis School for several years and at Jack's in Waukomis until her death.
She married Tony Wayne Chapmond in Maysville, Okla. in 1984.
She is survived by her daughter, Lacey Dawn Chapmond, a student at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater; her mother, Jimalean Bean of Maysville, Okla.; one brother, Bobby J. Bean and his wife Belinda of New Castle, Okla.; nephew, David Bean and his wife Tracy and their children, Sydney and Kaitlin; and niece, Sarah Bean of Moore, Okla.
She was preceded in death by two children, Chrystalyn Renae and Cassody Malissa and her father, Sidney J. Bean.
Memorials may be made in the name of Nancy Jane Bean Memorial Fund for the Benefit of Lacey Bean College Fund in care of ACB Bank, P.O. Box 519, Waukomis, OK 73773.
