Louise Elizabeth Houge age 90 of Cosby,Tn passed away in Newport,TN on Thursday, September 19, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Houge. She is survived by her son Henry Houge and his wife Joyce, grandson Mark Houge and his wife Dawn, great-grandson Grayden Houge all of Cosby. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Fellowship Presbyterian Church of Newport. A memorial service will be held 1 pm Monday ,September 23, 2013, at Fellowship Presbyterian Church of Newport with Rev. Jim Loftis officiating.
