JOSEPH BIGELOW IS BURIED AT LAWRENCE

Joseph Bigelow, 77, lifelong resident of Lawrence and widely known retired fruit buyer, was buried in Hill cemetery Friday following rites at the new Thompson mortuary here, conducted by the Rev. W. P. Manning.

Mr. Bigelow died Wednesday in Fennville, where he had been staying at the home of a duaghter, Mrs. Charles Reed, siince being stricken ill last June. His wife died 37 years ago.

Besides the daughter, he leaves two sons, John and Harry Bigelow of Lawrence, two sisters, Mrs. Sam Orton of Bangor and Miss Nina Bigelow, and three brothers, Robert, Thomas and S. D. Bigelow all of Lawrence..
