Survived by two sons, Thomas W. Page, Zachary, and John M. Page, Greensboro, N.C.; a daughter, Gay Page Airhart, Baton Rouge; two grandchildren, Kyle W. Page and Tishie Page; a great-grandchild; and a sister, Lorece Chandler.
