Barbara Ens, 60, of Baldwin City, Kan.. died Thursday, Sept. 24, 1998, at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Genoa United Methodist Church. The Rev. Al Seadore will officiate. Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Anson Funeral Home in Genoa.
Mrs. Ens was born Nov. 19, 1937, in Hamilton, Kan., to Arthur and Eva (McCoy) Phillips. She attended school in Hamilton and graduated from Hamilton High School.
She married Ted Ens on July 15, 1965. The couple traveled various towns throughout the country according to her husband's construction employment.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Pam (Mrs. Al) Dubas of Genoa and Teresa Crawford of Derby, Kan.; three sons, Ron Robinson of Columbus, Jeff Robinson of Hot Springs, S.D., and Troy Ens of Firth; one brother, Leonard Swan of Tyler, Texas; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Bill and Marvin.
