HIAL ATKINS OF FREWSBURG DIES IN 62D YEAR
Frewsburg -- Hial Atkins, 61, one of the most widely known residents of this place, died at the W.C.A. hospital in Jamestown Wednesday at 11 a.m. He is survived by his wife, Esther Johnson Atkins; three sons, Harvey and Thomas Atkins of Frewsburg and Ward Atkins of Jamestown; two daughters, Mrs. Lelia Pangborn and Mrs. Mildred Munger; two grandchildren, Shayne and Sharon Munger, all of Frewsburg; three brothers, John Atkins of Conewango Valley, Lynn Atkins of Warren, Pa., and Urson Atkins of Onoville, and two sisters, Mrs. Susie Fox of Tacoma, Wash., nad Mrs. Clarence Luce of Onoville.
Mr. Atkins had made his home here for 28 years and was an employee of the Crawford Furniture Manufacturing corporation, formerly the Atlas Furniture company of Jamestown.
Funeral services will be held at the Baptist church here Saturday at 2:30 p.m. The remains are at the home.
