Services for Eleanor A. Rockhil, 61, Grand Island, who died Aug. 16, 1976, in McMinnville, will be held Friday, Aug. 20, at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Macy & Son with Rev. Robert Kuykendall officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.

She was born Feb. 17, 1915, in Amity, the daughter of Raleigh and Lucy Love Massey. On Nov. 8, 1935, she married Dick Rockhill at Amity. They had lived in Grand Island for nearly 40 years.

Mrs. Rockhill was a member of Community and Garden Clubs of the Grand Island area prior to moving to a McMinnville care center in 1974. As a young girl, she attended Amity Methodist Church.

Survivors include sons, Leroy A., Sherwood, and Gerry D., Lynden, Wash.; brother, Donald Massey, Sheridan, Laurence Massey, McMinnville, and Kenneth Massey, Lincoln City; sister, Helen Conway, Salem; and one grandson.
