Mrs. "Jennie" Rose Myrtle Outland Love, 93, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2013 at her home. She was born in Johnston County to the late James Milton Outland and Isabelle Little Outland.
Mrs. Love was predeceased by her husband, Raymond McBryde Love; sons, Leo Blackman, Danny Love; sisters, Golden Griffin, Lucille Woodall; and brother, Carl Outland.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed by the Durham City Schools as a Secretary.
Mrs. Love is survived by her sons, Raymond Blackman, Jerry Love; sister, Ruth Parrish; 10 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 2 p.m. at Clements Funeral Chapel in Durham. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery.
