Albert F. Fuller, Sr.,
Dies at Phenix Home
Albert Frederick Fuller, Sr., well known Phenix City citizen, died Monday morning at 9:55 o'clock at his residence, 2606 Summerville Road. Mr. Fuller had been ill two and one-half years.
Mr. Fuller was born in Lee county, Ala., January 30, 1882,
the son of the late Fred A. Fuller who died several years
ago, and Cora Dunn Fuller. He made his home in Phenix City
all his life. For seventeen years Mr. Fuller was employeed as a city salesman by Key and Townsend, local wholesale grocers.
In 1917, Mr. Fuller was married to Miss Ila Noble, who survives him. He is also survived by two sons, Albert F Fuller, Jr., and James Fuller; his mother, Mrs. Cora Fuller, of Atlanta; three sisters, Mrs. R. S. Land, of Columbus, Mrs. H.G. Wright and Mrs. B. L. Skinner of Atlanta, and two brothers, Roy Fuller and Hiram Fuller, both of Atlanta.
The body will be removed from his late residence Tuesday
afternoon at 3 o'clock to the First Baptist church, Phenix City, there to rest until four o'clock when the funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Claud Bond and Rev. T. J. Gross. The following will serve as pallbearers: Active: J. Allen White, Everett Lawson, C. C. Byrd, Vivien Bagley, H.D. Cobb and W. G. Kent. Honorary: L. L. Raines, B. B. Key, L. A. Cliatt, A. J. Mathews, L. F. Thompson and S. M. Wellborn. Internment will be in Riverdale cemetery.
