Andy Reuben Beal, 88, Stratford, died early Wednesday in a Stratford nursing home. He was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church of Stratford and had lived in Garvin County and Oklahoma 52 years. A retired farmer, he came to Stratford 3 years ago. Mr. Beal was born in Texas, April 1, 1877.
Services will be Thursday at 2pm in the Free Will Baptist Church. Rev. Vard Wood, Stratford, and Rev Carl Shivers, pastor will officiate. Stratford Funeral Some is in charge of arrangements. Interment will be in White Bead Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, Anna Bell; a son, GT Beal, five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
