CHESTERVILLE -- Claude Burch, 71, of Chesterville died 5:03 p.m. Wednesday (July 6, 1988) in Douglas Jarman Hospital, Tuscola.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Shrader Funeral Home, Arcola, with visitation 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Arcola Cemetery.
Mr. Burch was born in Humboldt, son of Fred and Nell Burch. He was a sanitary hauler. He married Correne Embry.
Surviving are his wife; son Dick of Mahomet; stepsons, Paul Enlow of Chesterville; Louie Enlow of Farmer City; daughters, Linda Corwin of Atwood; Nellie Burch at home; stepdaughters, Virginia McNutt of Ellsworth; Vickie Goodrich of Warrensburg; Kaye Bryson of Atwood; brothers, Fred, John, Dude and Orville, all of Arcola; Bob of Humboldt; sister, Elsie Edgar of Arcola; 20 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
One daughter and two brothers preceded him in death.
