Rites Held Thursday
HEBRON - Funeral services for Adam Meidinger, 78. Hebron, were at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the First Baptist Church of Hebron, with the Rev. Erwin J. Paul officiating.
Pallbearers were Adam Fehr, Ruben Walth. Arnold Flick, C. M. Helfrich, Fred Klein and Theophil Frey. Interment was in the church cemetery. Mr. Meidinger died at 11 a.m. . Monday in a Bismarck hospital.
He was born Oct 20. 1887. in South Russia and came to the United States in 1889 and settled ln Ashley. He moved to a farm at Medina in 1907 and in 1924 moved to a farm east of Hebron where he lived until 1930 when he moved into Hebron and operated a dray line until 1950 when he retired.
He married Emilia Gill Dec. 19, 1907, in Medina. In addition to his widow, Mr. Meidinger leaves three daughters, Mrs. August Baier and Mrs. Richard Fehr, both of Missoula, Mont., and Mrs. J. B. Turncott, Baker, Mont; four sons, Herbert, Ronan, Mont; Emanual, Miles City, Mont; Rubin, Missoula, Mont, and William. Mandan; 39 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, and one brother, August, Miles City, Mont (Dittus Funeral Home, Hebron.)
