MONON—Mrs. Minnie Sollars,83, of Idaville, died at 1:20 a.m. Saturday at the White County Memorial Hospital. She had suffered a heart attack at noon Friday.
Born Feb. 25,1886, in Rankin, Ill., she was the daughter of
Karl and Elizabeth Keith Knoll. She had resided in Monon four years, having moved from Idaville, had made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Eunice Stellhorn. A member of the Bell Center Community Church, she was married Dec. 25, 1912, to John C. Sollars, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Carl and Edgar of Monticello; two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Wilson of Salem, Ind., and Mrs. Eunice Stellhorn of Monon; five brothers, Bert of Danville, Ill., Robert of Fithian, Ill., George of Fairbury, Ill., and Lawrence and Otto of Rankin, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Viola Wessells of Pontiac, Ill., Martha Nicklas of Danville and Miss Laura Knoll of Rankin; and nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Two sisters and three brothers preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at the Bell Center Community
Church at 2 p.m. Monday, the Rev. James Gardner officiating. Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Stewart Funeral Home in Monon after 10:30 a.m. today and at the church from noon Monday
until time of services.
