GILMER - Funeral services for Charles Garrison, 62, of Rt. 1, Gilmer, were held at 1 p.m. Monday in Macon Douglas Funeral Home in Dallas with burial following in Restland Gemetery. Croley Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
Mr. Garrison died Friday in a Gilmer hospital after a brief illness.
A former resident of Dallas, he had lived in Gilmer for the past two years. He was a Baptist and a Mason.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lona Garrison; two sons, Gary Garrison and
Carl Garrison, both of Dallas; and one sister, Mrs. Alma Brunson of Leesburg: and two grandchildren.
