Mr. Terrill served in the U.S. Army from 1946 to 1947.
He married Nova Jean Dixon in July 1953.
Mr. Terrill worked at Chrysler for a short time before returning to Summersville, where he worked in the timber until retiring.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Gene, Roy, Emil and Sonny; and two sisters, Ruby and Beulah.
Surviving are his four children, Monty, Curt, Kay White and Karen; two brothers, Meril and Norman; a sister, Vergie Hodge; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services were Aug. 9 at the Bradford Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Atchison officiating. Burial was in the Summersville City Cemetery.
