A violinist, he was concert master of the Brigham Young University Orchestra. Dr. Lundquist was a member of the LDS Church, Longview Second LDS Ward. Dr. Stephen J. Lundquist died May 27, 1994, at St. John Medical Center.
Survived By: His wife, Ruth; a daughter, Carol Ann Isenhart, both of Longview, WA; a brother, Earl B. Lundquist; a sister, Ruth O. Rebentisch, both of Salt Lake City; two grandchildren, Christina Del Zotto and Barry Lee Isenhart Jr., of Longview, WA.
