            GEORGE M. GEISELMAN
    George M. Geiselman, aged 79, former South Main street merchant for many years, died early this morning at his home, 286 South River street, city, following an illness of complications. Mr. Geiselman had been bedfast for the past four months. A year ago neuritis developed and he had been ailing ever since.
    Mr. Geiselman was born in Frederick County, Maryland, and while he was a young boy the family moved to Houston, Texas. When a young man, the deceased located in Wilkes-Barre. On Aug. 17, 1886 he was married to Louisa Price of White Haven. His father, Jacob Geiselman became established in business in the Landmesser building, S. Main street. Some months later he re-located the business next to the Post Office. George Geiselman took the store when his father's health failed and was prominently identified in the grocery business here for many years. Ill health forced him to sell the business several years ago and he engaged in huckstering. Two years ago he retired from his most recent occupation.
    Deceased was a member of St. John's Lutheran church, the Brotherhood and Men's Club. Surviving are his widow and the following children: Mrs. Charles Mitchell, this city; Mrs. Alfred Jackson, Philadelphia, and three grandchildren, Lawrence, Robert and Bernice Jackson.
    The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the late home. Services will be conducted at the residence by Rev. Domer L. Ulrich. Interment will be in Hollenback cemetery.
