Mrs. Beeler was born in Illinois on Dec. 2, 1872 and was a resident of Springfield most of her life.
She was a member of the First Christian Church.
Her husband, John, died in 1941.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Helen Wall and Mrs. Lyman Dickerson, both of Springfield; one brother, Samuel T. Smith, of Lincoln, Neb.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Remains were at the Vancil Funeral Mansion where memorial services were held.
Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery.
