Ada Marie Crossfield Ransdell, 94, of Salvisa, died Friday, May 19, 2006 at the
Heritage Hall Care Center in Lawrenceburg.
Born June 9, 1911 in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late Clarence
Atwell and Ida Preston Crossfield and the widow of A. L. "Sammy" Ransdell.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Ebenezer Church of Christ in Salvisa.

Survivors include: three daughters, Eunice (R.D.) Peyton and Joyce (Robert)
Warren, both of Salvisa, and Jackie (Jim) White of Georgetown; nine
grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren, and four
step-great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday at the Ebenezer Church Of Christ with John
Kessel officiating. Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Larry, Steve and Rick Peyton, Keith and John Warren and Jeremy
White.

Honorary pallbearers were grandchildren, great-grandchildren,
great-great-grandchildren, and step-great-great-grandchildren.
