LEHI — Funeral services for Haydee Walker Adams, 81, of 321 N. 100 W., Lehi, who died Sunday of a lingering illness in the American Fork Hospital, will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Wing Mortuary in Lehi.
Friends may call at the mortuary Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday prior to services. Burial will be in Lehi City Cemetery.
Mrs. Adams was born Sept. 29, 1892 to Marion Edward and Sarah Jane Sabey Walker. On June 14, 1914 she married Stephen Reno Adams in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, and he died Oct. 8, 1950.
Mrs. Adams worked as head matron in the nursery at Utah State Training School when the school first opened. She had also been a nursing home operator. She was a member of the LDS Church.
Survivors include two sons, Ralph W. Adams, American Fork; Wayne J. Adams, Cedar Fort; 21 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
