Mrs. Victoria Anna Plumley of San Bernardino, a native of Missouri, had lived in San Bernardino for 17 years, died yesterday near San Bernardino at the age of 46. She is survived by her husband, Henry L. Plumley, three sons, Thomas Plumley of San Bernardino, James and Albert Plumley, U.S.N., two daughters, Margarete and Nora May Plumley, three brothers, Barney, Sherman and Conn Abrams of Oklahoma, two sisters, Mrs. J. J. Stewart of Oklahoma and Mrs. Rosie Thomas of Kansas. Funeral arrangements are in charge of Mark B. Shaw Mortuary.
