Mrs. Minnigerode Dead.
Mrs. Mary Minnigerode died yesterday morning at her residence, 813 Prince street. The deceased was the widow of Rev. Dr. Charles Minnigerode, who for a long tie resided in this city, and who was well known as pastor of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Richmond, Va., during the civil war times, President Jefferson Davis, Fen. R.E. Lee and other prominent southerners were members of his congregation.
The funeral services over Mrs. Minnigerode’s remains will take place tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock at the residence. Rev. P.P. Phillips of St. Paul’s will conduct the services, after which the remains will be sent to Richmond for interment.
