HARTSVILLE — Graveside services for Mary Sue Bunch Blakeney, 76, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2009, at Westview Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Julius Hadden will officiate the services. Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home is serving the family. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Agape Hospice, 113 N. Fifth St., Hartsville, SC 29550 or Twitty United Methodist Church, 408 Coker Ave., Hartsville, SC 29550.
Mrs. Blakeney died Thursday, July 23. Born in Darlington County, she was a daughter of the late Julian Oscar and Essie Sullivan Bunch. She was a member of Twitty United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Johnnie Blakeney of Hartsville; daughters and son-in-law, Lori and Ricky Douglas of Hartsville and Gaye Alexander of Hartsville; grandchildren and spouse, Blake Douglas of Hartsville, Ryon Douglas of Hartsville, Kristin and Cory Byrd of Hartsville; and great-granddaughter, Abigail Byrd. She was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Ross Joe Bunch, and sister, Ann Bunch Yates.
