Helen Jewell Moon Bradley, age 89, of Douglas, GA passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2014, at Summers Landing following an extended illness. Mrs. Bradley was born on August 25, 1927, in Springfield, MO to the late Charles Glenn Moon and Dulcia Jewell Sloan Moon.
Survivors include: her Linda (Larry) Smith of Douglas, GA, two sons, Daryl (Nancy) Bradley of Jennings, FL and Danny Bradley of Douglas, GA, three grandchildren, Angela (Ben) Davis, James (Brandi) Smith, and Michael (Ankia) Smith, four great grandchildren, Kaleigh Davis, Candace davis, Dylan Davis, and Luke Smith, three sisters, Mary Guglielmino of Punta Gorta, FL, Sue Allen Earp of Lakeland, FL, and Shirley (Larry) Koebbe of Warren, MI, brother, Benny (Claire) Moon of Lavonia, MI, and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ellie Rawdon Bradley.
Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Sam Vernon and Rev. Benji Varnell officiating. Interment followed at City of Douglas Cemetery.
