Edward T. Cragle, 78, of Millville, passed with his loving family at his side Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, at Muncy Skilled Nursing Unit, Muncy.

Born May 23, 1935, in Bald Top, he was a son of the late Ray and Florence Decker Cragle.

Ed was a member of the Danville Moose and Millville American Legion Arthur Bardo Post 564. He enjoyed NASCAR racing, Penn State football and driving truck. Ed worked for Branch, then Consolidated Freightways, retiring in 1997.

He was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by a son, Steven " Red" Cragle; and three brothers: Raymond, Larry and Albert Cragle

He is survived by his wife, the former Marian Wodrig Cragle, whom he married Feb. 5, 1954; a son, Gary Cragle, Millville; two daughters: Louise Hower, and husband, Ray, Orangeville; and Bonnie DeWald and husband, Jody, of Millville; six grandchildren: Kelly Little; Stephanie Cragle; Bryan Cragle; Brandy Hower; Bruce and Megan DeWald; two great-grandchildren: Drew and Max Little.

Services will be Saturday, Sept. 7, at 11 a.m. at Bunnell Funeral Home Inc., 179 E. Main St., Millville, PA 17846 with Michael Woolcock of Rohrsburg Christian Church officiating. Friends may call Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
