Ann M. Higgins, 71, formerly of 621 W. Third St., Fulton ,died Tuesday at Sunrise Nursing Home, Oswego. She was a native and life resident of Fulton. She was a communicant of St. Michael's Church, Fulton. Her husband, John H., died in 1998. Survivors: A son, Dennis of Fulton; a sister, Jane Meier of Fulton; two brothers, William and Nicholas Lagodich, both of Fulton. Services: 9:30 a.m. Friday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton , and 10 a.m. in St. Michael's Church, 301 Beech St., Fulton. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery. No calling hours.
