Audrey met Dave at the age of 16 when her mother was hospitalized and Dave was serving as a Doctor in Viginia. Before they married, Audrey finished her Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry at James Madison Teachers College/University and then moved with him to New York/New Jersey where they lived for many years before Dave's retirement. Mother of two children, Thomas H. Roberts and Ann Talbot Roberts, she devoted her life to her family and is buried with her husband, Dave. She moved to Texas in 1996 to be near her daughter, son-in-law and grand-daughter, which they appreciated very much. She missed her friends in New Orleans but was devoted to her daughter and grand-daughter and they loved the final years spent together.
