She was born in Fort Wayne, Ind., and during her time in Elk Grove she enjoyed playing bingo and taking trips to the Jackson Rancheria.
Mrs. Means was preceded in death by her husband Leo Means; and siblings Nadine Nash, Margaret Cohut, Grace Lindsay, Bonnie Pesely, James Bradney and William Bradney.
She is survived by siblings Archie D. Bradney of Sacramento and Myrtle Bisho of Santa Maria; and brother-in-law Robert Nash and companion Wanita Zimmerman.
Visitation is Monday, June 13 from 10 to 11 a.m. at East Lawn Elk Grove Mortuary, 9189 East Stockton Blvd., followed by graveside services at noon in the East Lawn Elk Grove Cemetery.
