Alma K. Sprague age 97 of Ionia, passed away Saturday, August 17, 2013 at her home with her family and friends by her side.
She was born January 26, 1916 in Oxly, Missouri the daughter to Thomas and Ogie Roundtree.
Alma married Griff Adams in 1932, he proceeded her in death in 1982. She then went on to marry F. Wayne (Tom) Sprague on December 10, 1983, he proceeded her in death in 2010.
Alma was a longtime member of Lyons Baptist Church. She loved her flowers.
Alma is survived by her children, James (Patsy) Adams of Kewadin and Janet (Larry) Listerman of Ionia; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
She was proceeded in death by her parents; husbands, Griff Adams and F. Wayne (Tom) Sprague; brothers, Paul, Virgil, Harry, & Gene; sisters, Mildred, Mabel, and Cora.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 21st, 2:00 P.M. at Lyons Baptist Church with Pastor John Cashner officiating. Visitation will be held at 12:00 P.M. until time of service at the church.
Internment at Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Alma's name to Lyons Baptist Church. Funeral arrangements by Lake Funeral Homes of Ionia.
