Long Illness Ends
For Mrs. H. J. Rees
_____Culminating a long Illness, death took Mrs. Marie A, Rees, wife of Harold J. Rees, last Saturday at St, Paul's Hospital, where she had been a patient since her condition became critical several days previous.
_____She was a native of Chicago, and had resided in this community for the past twenty years. She was a member of Livermore Rebekah lodge and the American Legion Auxiliary.
_____Surviving are her husband, and daughter, Miss Barbara Rees, of Livermore, and two sisters and four brothers who reside in Chicago.
_____Christian Science funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Reimers Mortuary, Mrs. A. Goebel being Reader. She also officiated at the Odd Fellows Cemetery. Casket bearers were: LeRoy Allen, J. Arrett, J. C. Badgley, Frank Enos and Dr. F. L. Savage of Livermore and Geo. Perry of Berkeley.
