Mrs. Pearl Greenwade Clay, widow of the late A. R. Clay, formerly of Moody and Waco, died at 10:10 pm Wednesday in Houston.

Funeral arrangements are pending.

The body will be returned to Waco for burial.

Survivor: One daughter, Mrs. W. L. K. Trotter
