hazel was born to clyde and florence shelton frazier in knox county. my aunt flarence died in december of 2012 but before she died i went and had a long talk with her. one of the questions i asked her was what was the name she would have named the baby girl. she said (o honey i done hade a name picked out for her hazel marie) so i created her a memorial.
