Norma Faye Summers, 80, of Perryville, formally of the Williamsville and St. Genevieve areas passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at The Estates of Perryville Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. She was surrounded by family. Norma was born June 20, 1943, at Poplar Bluff, MO, to parents Ira Lee and Ethel Marie (Rainwater) Bilbrey. She grew up in Williamsville and attended school there. She married William Franklin Davis and to this union five children were born. Norma was a Christian and was a member of Assembly of God Church.

Norma is survived by twin brother: Norman Bilbrey; children: Barbara Davis of Farmington, MO, Joyce Downing of Ste. Genevieve, MO, Betty Wolk and husband Edward of Ste. Genevieve, MO, Jerry Davis and wife Berniece of Fredericktown, MO, and Marty Davis of Colt, AR; grandchildren: Billie Davis and wife Stephanie, Jason Davis and wife Tawne, Gary Lee Downing and special friend Carrie Jokerst, TeeJay Downing, Justin Downing and special friend Tash, Sarha Uhrich and husband Ray, Daniel Wolk, Brian Wolk, Amber Bohnert and husband Tyler, Patrick Wolk, Derick Davis, Devin Davis and wife Nicole, and William Davis; great-grandchildren: Tyler Davis and special friend Tiffany, Breanna Helm and special friend Mason, Alayah Stafford, Cody Davis, Makenna Davis, Brooklyn Davis, Garrett Meyer, Madison Davis, Carter Davis, Jade Davis, Jaclyn James and special friend Jacob, Summer James, Isaiah Downing, Wednesday Powell, Chance Powell, Axel Downing, Eli Cawvey, Lannie Cawvey, Jamison Hammett, Andrew Price, Leylah Uhrich, Faye Uhrich, Tegan Wolk and special friend Kaden, Hunter Wolk, Rylee Wolk, Dillon Ranta, Braiden Armstrong and special friend Addison, Brett Bohnert, Autumn Bohnert, Dawson Wolk, Tymber Bohnert, Oliva Davis, Stella Davis, Remi Davis, Ryder Davis; great-great grandchildren: Layla Rhinehart and Bryson Davis

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, great-grandson: Kevin Wayne Davis; brothers: Donald Lee Bilbrey, Ronald Wayne Bilbrey, and Leonard Bilbrey; sisters: Judith Marie Smith, Sandra K. Durrow, Clarabell Miller, Gretta Luke, and Minnie May White; son-in-law, Gary Lee Downing.

Norma loved sewing, playing bingo, spending time with family and friends, playing cards, traveling, camping, and watching westerns and gameshows. She was a welcoming lady and would accept you in her home. Cooking big meals for her family brought her enjoyment.

During the 1993 flood in St. Genevieve and surrounding areas she was a volunteer cook for those communities.

Norma had worked many years as a CNA in the St. Genevieve area in local nursing homes. She was blessed with two best friends through the years who were Ethel Warren and Louise Nelson.

She brought smiles to everyone and will be missed by all that knew her.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, at Williamsville Assembly of God. Funeral service will follow at church at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Duncan Cemetery, near Piedmont, MO. Online condolences can be made at www.rueggfuneralhomes.com
