Hamilton P. (Hamp) Beall, 65, a resident of Greenville for many years and a member of one of this city's most prominent families died at 4:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at his home in Campbell.

Funeral services will probably be held some time Friday from the James-Coker-Peters Funeral chapel. The body will remain at the funeral home until the hour of the service.

Mr. Beal was born in September 1885, the son of Mr. and Mrs. J.L. Beall, for many years one of this city's most prominent families. He was reared here and was employed in the hardware and automobile business operated here by his brother, Bert Beall. His mother, Mrs. J.L. Beall, who for many years was Greenville's oldest living citizen, died a few years ago.

For the past few years Mr. Beall had made his home in Campbell.

Surviving are two brothers, Bert Beall of Mena, Ark., and Jack Beall, Dallas; and two sisters, Mrs, O.H. Forke, Teague, and Mrs. J.R. Moore, Decatur.

Funeral service for Hamilton P. (Hamp) Beall, well-known Hunt County resident who died Wednesday at his home in Campbell, will be held this morning at 10 o'clock at the James-Coker-Peters Chapel.

Rev. T. Lee Miller, pastor of Kavanaugh Methodist Church will conduct the servics (sic) and burial will be in Forest Park.

Pallbearers will be Pat Clark, Irvin Clark, Marvin Love, Dave Hemsell and G.C. Harris.

The body will remain at the funeral home.
