Anna Gertrude Crockett, 91, died Friday January 12, 2001 in Ukiah. A funeral will be held Wednesday at the Assembly of
God Church in Covelo. Mrs Crockett was born August 14, 1909 in Covelo. She was a homemaker who had lots of adopted children and was active in helping with children's rodeos and other events. She was a charter member of the First Assembly of God Church, member of the Covelo Riding Club, lifelong member of the Assembly of God Church, and Sunday School secretary. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Russell Williaim Crockett, in 1995. Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews.
