She was preceded in death by parents, Clarence & Mamie Allen; brothers-in-law, Walter (Joyce) Allen of Buford and Quentin Watts of Conyers; husbands, Frank Smith of Buford and Tom Ragsdale of Buford.
Survived by daughter, Glenda Smith of Buford; son, Jerry (Margaret) Smith of Flowery Branch; sister, Grace Watts of Conyers; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives and friends.
At Mrs. Ragsdale's request, she will be cremated and there are no services planned at this time.
