Served As District manager in Davenport From 1927 to 1929.

Chester R. Ives, 44, general commercial manager of the Northwestern Bell Telephone Co. with offices in Des Moines and former district manager at Davenport form Nov. 1, 1927 to Oct. 31, 1929, died Tuesday night when his car plunged into a ditch at the end of a dead end street near the Des Moines airport.
