Birth record shows his name as Alex Garcia born to Pauline Delgado and no father listed. His death certificate names him as Alex Cruz Figueroa and father as Cruz Figueroa and mother Pauline Delgado. It is known in the Figueroa family that he was Cruz's illegitimate child. Grave location has been lost and a marker not found but many family members remember seeing the marker in Cedarvale cemetery. It might have been a temporary marker that is now lost. The obituary states Alex was female and that the parents were married, but that is wrong.
