Jim died unexpectedly of an unknown lung cancer. He served in the US Army and was a graduate of U.C. Davis. He was a long time resident of Shasta Lake, CA. Jim loved his wood working and his can "UC". He is survived by his children, James E. Draper, III/JED and his wife Tammy, Tess Wolf and her husband Shon, John Clecak (stepson), his grandchildren, Christy Draper, James Wolf and Marie Wolf, his step-grandchildren, Alicia La Motte and Michael Krigbaum and his step Great grandson Ryan La Motte. The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life at the Holiday Inn on Hilltop Dr in Redding on October 28, 2012
